What WhatsApp number do I need?
You need a WhatsApp Business number registered through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. If you already have a WhatsApp Business account, we'll guide you through the connection process. New numbers can also be registered during onboarding.
How does the AI know about my products?
During setup you upload your product information — either as an Excel/CSV file, a PDF catalogue, or by pasting text. Our system reads and indexes everything so your AI can answer detailed questions about every product you sell. You can update it anytime.
What happens when the AI can't answer a question?
When the AI detects it's out of its depth — a complex complaint, unusual request, or a situation you've flagged — it smoothly hands the conversation to you with a full summary of the chat so far. The customer experience remains seamless.
How do customers pay?
